Aetna handles PDFs differently than BCBS, which handles them differently than UHC — by the time billing realizes a packet never bound, the appeal window is closed. We mapped every payer's quirks and automated the retry logic.

The architecture is platform-agnostic and HIPAA-friendly. The agents deploy into your AWS, Azure, or GCP — PHI never leaves your environment. Every action is logged at the claim level for audit. We don't take possession of your data.
